1. Coaching, Academy and Trading Club

Individual services and paid memberships are charged according to the relevant offer. Scope, total price including applicable taxes, currency, payment method, billing interval and term must be agreed before a paid contract. Our Terms of Service also apply.

2. Smart Invest profit share

Speechless Trading charges no fixed Smart Invest service fee. Depending on the strategy, the profit share ranges from 0% to 30% of profits. The specific rate and calculation are governed by the strategy and broker terms agreed before activation. The broker automatically calculates and deducts the agreed profit share.

Relevant cost information includes the profit base, treatment of broker costs and previous losses, deposits and withdrawals, and the settlement period. The 0–30% range does not replace those specific terms. Obtain clarification of unclear calculation details before activation. This general notice does not promise a particular loss-recovery or high-water-mark arrangement.

3. Other broker costs

Spreads, trading commissions, overnight financing/swaps, currency conversion and other broker or platform costs may apply separately. Consult the schedule for your actual broker entity and account type. No fixed Smart Invest service fee does not mean that trading is entirely free.

4. IB remuneration and potential conflicts

Speechless Trading receives introducing-broker (IB) commissions. Referral remuneration can create an economic incentive in the selection or presentation of brokers. Volume-based remuneration can encourage more trading activity; a profit share can encourage greater risk-taking. These incentives may differ from your interests. Disclosure does not eliminate the conflicts. Base your decision on the total costs, risks and applicable terms.
